We believe in providing supportive services that is tailored to your individual needs. We use a variety of therapeutic modalities that include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Grief and Bereavement and Solution-Focused Therapy. We also use body based therapies including Somatic Therapy and Yoga.

At HOPE we work with people in the community who are navigating through depression, anxiety, grief, loss and trauma. We meet people where they’re at and work with them to meet their individual goals.

Couple and Family Therapy

At HOPE, our focus with couples and families is all about repair and communication. We believe in using therapeutic tools to build relationships up.

There’s nothing more intimate in life than simply being understood and understanding someone else. Intimacy is not something that just happens between people; it is a way of being alive. At every moment, we choose either to reveal ourselves or to protect ourselves. Intimacy is connected to, rather than isolated from, our deepest truth at the moment.

Group Therapy/ Workshops

At HOPE we work with individuals towards a common goal. This can be in a large workshop setting where a therapist engages a large audience or a small intimate group of individuals.

Activities in group therapy can promote communication, trust and personal growth. These activities can be dialogue-driven or may be more engaging. We encourage individuals to participate but we also create a space where people can come into their growth at their own pace.
